Parked at Sutton Bank visitors centre (£1.50 all day) and went anti-clockwise. I missed the byway just after Ashberry Farm so took the Old Byland leg, very rutted in places, lots of pheasants and a difficult last section over stony/muddy ground and through nettles. I didn't do the loop at Murton Heights but did the rest of the route includng the Cleveland Way. Highly recommended but keep a look out for the byway signs as an additional navigational aid also for the livestock which can be easily spooked.
