Very good route. I parked up in Lower Hutton and did it anti-clockwise. 95% of the route is fine and followable but i did have a few issues in the Langton and Burythorpe areas either tracks being overgrown or in one case a field of beans hiding any sign of track or path. Enjoyed half a dozen good down hill sections, one between castle howard and welburn, the one in the last photo near Westow and a couple of road sections to name a few. Perfectly safe to do alone (as i did).

Decided to give this a go last Saturday and found it to be very enjoyable if a little wet in places (as warned). The only unrideable part was the track between Burythorpe and Leavening but that was as much down to the damage by off roaders (3ft ruts) as the muddy conditions.

Just added this route, after riding it today. A nice route, not too hard, and just as well, as it was hot for mid september! Nettles are still out, although thankfully they were bad on a very small bit only.
