Hi, thanks for constructing this website, we have had some great times doing loads of the routes you have created. Your hard work is very much appreciated.

Missed the first BW turning (look out for the marker on the LHS just before going over a stream), but once I got onto the route, it was tremendous fun. Very good downhills throughout. I cut out the Old Byland and Rievaulx section but added in an extra bridleway to cut out the last 2 miles of road.

Whilst not technically difficult you can make what you want of this route i.e. the first uphill section is long enough to drain most legs if you go at a pace and there are some neat grassy downhills, with the mud of the Old Byland section non-trivial (this is the only bit I would advise less experienced riders to avoid)...all topped off with some splendid views and it looks like it could be ridden all year round.
